Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Ailive.fr ("we", "us") is operated from Paris, France. This policy explains what personal data we handle through https://ailive.fr and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Messages. Your name, email address, subject and message when you contact us by email or through the contact form. The form opens your own email client, so the message is sent from your mailbox to contact@ailive.fr.
- Bookings. Details you enter in the embedded Google Calendar scheduler. Google processes them under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Preferences. Your theme and language choices, stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- Technical data. When a page loads, our host and the third-party resources it uses (Google Fonts, cdnjs) receive your IP address and browser details.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
2. How we use it
To answer your enquiries, schedule meetings, deliver the services you request, and keep basic business records. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
3. Google user data
If you connect a Google account to a tool or automation we provide:
- We access only the data covered by the permissions you approve on Google's consent screen.
- We use it only to provide the feature you requested.
- We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- No human reads it, except with your consent, for security purposes, or where the law requires.
- You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask us to delete any data we hold.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the site and our services (hosting, email, Google), or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, or object to its use. Email contact@ailive.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
